COVID-Safe Measures at H2AUS 2021

AIEN is taking appropriate precautions to ensure we provide a safe environment for participants to connect at H2AUS 2021.

AIEN is closely monitoring COVID-19 regulations in line with advice from the Australian Government and local health authorities to ensure your health is protected. In addition, we are working with the conference venue to ensure a safe and secure environment. This includes new measures around physical distancing, increased hygiene practices, safe food service, sanitisation and cleaning protocols for your safety onsite.

What if the Forum cannot go ahead face to face?

If COVID restrictions are in place, and H2AUS cannot go ahead face to face, the event will be postponed. The new date will be within 4 months and your registration will be transferred to the new date. If you are not able to attend H2AUS on the new date, our standard Terms & Conditions will apply.

What do I do about my flights and accommodation?

Airlines and hotels have very flexible fare conditions including credits should COVID restrictions impact travel. We recommend you check each company’s cancellation policy prior to booking.

What if I am sick on the day?

If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend the event.
Please contact the Forum Secretariat in writing via email, at least 24 hours prior to the event, if you are unable to attend due to illness and you will receive a full refund (refunds will not be provided for no shows).
